2016

  • Julia Fourquin and Clément Boisson join the Cornis team.
  • Wind energy is the main activity of Cornis and the small company becomes one of the technology leaders for blade O&M data management.
  • Cornis first operates in Uruguay, South America.
  • Cornis tools are now compatible with all blade data including drone inspection data. The company launches its first large drone data processing campaign with MHI Vestas.
  • The internal blade inspection solution, Cornis Intrablade, is launched and deployed for the first time. Our motto remains innovation, accuracy and safety!
  • Cornis platform evolves from an inspection platform to a real blade data management tool and becomes Cornis Blade Manager. This unique platform allows Cornis’ clients to centralize all their relevant blade data into a central location thus helping them to take the best O&M decisions.
  • 2015

  • Joséphine Wolff and Jocelyn Rottier join the Cornis team.
  • Cornis reinforces its leading position in the offshore industry.
  • The small company intensifies its international development with the first projects in Croatia, Canada, Belgium, Spain, Italy and other countries.
  • Cornis platform is enhanced by new features and becomes more and more customizable.
  • Thanks to its large experience in data processing in general, Cornis is now proposing a new offer for cultural heritage digitization. Panoblade system is used to digitize the Saint-Jacques Tower in Paris and Bâmiyân Buddhas in Afghanistan.
  • 2014

  • Jessica Gbegnon and Dimitri Moreau join the Cornis team.
  • The offshore industry, including the leading operator DONG, starts adopting Panoblade system.
  • Cornis is involved in several European countries: the UK, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Poland, and Sweden: the international conquest begins!
  • Cornis works in the US for the first time!
  • Cornis platform can now integrate new blade data such as rope access reports for example.
  • 2013

  • Thanks to the R&D revenues, Cornis can deploy the Panoblade solution at new clients like EDF and Engie.
  • The Panoblade system appeal to more and more clients.
  • The Cornis platform evolves and can now automatically generate inspection reports.
  • 2012

  • Alexandre Dosda and Virginie Delavaud join Cornis team.
  • Besides its R&D activity, Cornis develops its ground-based photographic inspection tool to inspect the external surface of wind turbine blades: Cornis Panoblade.
  • The first trials are conducted at Eoleres, the first user of Cornis tools.
  • The data collected with Panoblade is processed and uploaded in the Cornis online platform, the blade inspection tool developed by the team. Blade experts can navigate on the blades to identify and analyze the defects.
  • 2011

  • Cornis is created at the end of 2011 by Thibault Gouache and Baptiste Coulange.
  • The main activity of the start-up is state-of-the-art R&D missions in vibration and data processing for major industrial companies like Total, Eurocopter, CNES, SNCF, DCNS etc.
